salvation city

Salvation City is the vision of a region transformed by God’s presence, a place where the Lord dwells and His salvation shapes the atmosphere. Through prayer, fasting, and preparing the way, we partner with God to see our community renewed. Scripture calls us to seek the welfare of our city and stand in the gap on its behalf. Our prayers shift the spiritual climate and make room for God to move. As we welcome His presence, He brings healing, restoration, and the promise of a city marked by His name. “The Lord Is here.”

prayer week

5TH - 9TH JANUARY 2026

What is prayer week?

Prayer Week is a five-day regional initiative where churches from across Moreton Bay City gather with one purpose. To seek God for our city and prepare the way for what He desires to do. At the very start of the year, we set aside intentional time to unify believers, stir fresh hunger for revival, and boldly declare God’s purposes over our region through sustained prayer, worship and outreach.

This week carries a prophetic vision we call Salvation City. A spiritual renaming of our region, imagining Moreton Bay City transformed into a place marked by righteousness, justice and joy. As we unite, we echo the cry of Matthew 3:3: “Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for Him.” Prayer Week is our regional “yes” to that call.

Together, we gather to stand as one Church, one heart, one voice and one purpose, to prepare spiritual ground for the year ahead, cultivate a genuine hunger for revival and regional transformation, and declare God’s vision for Salvation City with faith and expectation.

Let’s prepare the way of the Lord.

Adoration

An adoration set is a worship-focused time centred on lifting up Jesus simply for who He is. Its purpose is to minister to the Lord through worship, and moments of stillness, creating an atmosphere of awe and reverence. It invites the room to slow down, behold Jesus, and turn their affection fully toward Him.

Psalm 96:9

Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.

Prayer

A prayer set is a focused time of worship and prayer built around a specific theme. It blends worship with prayer, helping everyone engage together in unified intercession. Centered on topics like revival, salvation, the Church, or a city, prayer sets create space for Scripture, declarations, and Spirit-led moments with the goal of aligning with God’s heart and releasing faith for breakthrough.

James 5:16

The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

Outreach

Outreach is when we go into the region to actively share the gospel with people in everyday places. Going out with boldness and compassion, intentionally engaging with the community through conversations, prayer, and Spirit-led moments. The heart is to carry the message of Jesus beyond the walls of the church, bringing the good news directly to those who may not know Him.

Mark 16:15

He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”
